Incredibly detailed information down to the last inch  - even including wage scales - for absolutely everything you need to know about pricing out the cost of building a ship.  The preface and the first few pages of this book have some pencil marginalia and pencil underlining as well as one or two towards the back, The front hinge is starting to crack at the title page, otherwise the book appears solid elsewhere.  245pp including index.
