Small octavo bound in Blue cloth with gilt title on a blindstamped, ruled board. There is a frontispiece of Mayor Johnson opposite the title page with tissue guard present. No dust jacket as issued. There is an introduction and table of contents followed by 203 pages of text. Also, the book has several pages of illustrations on glossy paper. Normal light soiling to covers but no sunning. Slight rubbing to top and bottom of spine. There is laid-in newspaper article that caused toning to pages it is between. Some underlining and marginalia made by W. A. Stinchcomb (ownership penned and dated on fep) who was a county engineer back during Mayor Johnson's administration that worked on the parkway system including roads and streets passing through it. Book is in very good condition, binding is solid. Tom Johnson of Cleveland was considered one of the best mayors of any major city during his time.
