Friedlander, Principal of Jews College, London. Decorative presentation endsheet entitled "A Keepsake", decorative title page with a few close end tears, crinkling on outer edge, and bent corner.  Interior bright and clean, no markings.  Illustrations by Gustave Dore. 1844 pages housed in a brushed silver metal jacket embellished with turquoise jewelry, small pearls, and cloisonne.  Binding appears to be a green or turquoise cloth.  White silk ribbon marker present.  Family Register fep is unmarked, as is Family Record on inside board. The Holy Scriptures: A Jewish Bible According to the Masoretic Text.
