Small tiny tear on spine over the C & O in "county", that looks like someone put a tiny spot of glue on to keep it from further tearing. Red inked inscription on inside cover. There is a small loss of top layer of paper under inscription and towards bottom of board as if perhaps someone removed a bookplate or taped down article.
